Is There Any Home Remedies For Smooth Glowing Legs?

I have a great one for soft, glowing skin! I got some of it from Queen Latifa! !ingredients:-brown sugar -honney mix it together and spred it on your skin in the shower!

I would not go into a tanning bed with eczema. The tanning will dry your skin out. Also if you have never been tanning before, tanning beds tend to tan the front of you but burn the back. You’ll feel pretty crappy afterwards.

go and buy some epiderm from the chemist this is used for eczemato the bloke above for the record there is plenty that can be done my son has had it since he was 3 days old and he is now 2 if i did nothing he would scratch til he bled every day to look at him your would never know he had it but take away just 1 of the creams that i have a strict routine with and it would flare up within 12 hours

I’ve been dealing with eczema for the past 20+ years. The best solution I have found without medications is taking showers with aveeno body wash or soap and dabbing Apple Cider Vinegar on my dry patches. Apple Cider Vinegar has done wonders for me and it is cheap! Just apply ACV 2x’s a day with a cotton ball. It may burn a bit but the burning will go away shortly. Goodluck.

its probably because your skin is so dry and it is absorbing some and causing an itchy feeling. If you have ever had really really dry skin just cause by skin being dry and you put something on it to help it usually stings and itchs. Unless a rash is developling you should be ok

Hello Nicole. Eczema and dry skin runs in my family. My sister suffered from it as a young child and I started getting it at the age of 21. Try to eat foods high in omega type fatty acids. I try to eat avocados and salmon on a weekly basis. Also make sure that your water at home has a balanced pH. Hard water has a high alkaline content and can lead to very dry skin. If your water is hard you can consider adding a water softener to your home if possible. Try to increase your intake of antioxidants as well. Pomegranate and cranberry juice are great! Good luck and hope your condition improves!
