Often when I take a shower, I’ll get out, and a splotchy red-pink rash will appear, starting from my mid thigh, extending down to my lower calf, on the inner part of my legs, mostly on the sides and backs.

It goes away after 5-15 minutes. What is this?

I live in colorado but I know it is not dry skin because I moisturize regularly.

I am like that as well and i know mine is from the water being so hot, thats probably your case too. Turn down the heat and see if it makes a difference.. im sure there isn’t anything wrong though

My guess:

1. Nuclear hot water in the shower (which isn’t that good for you)

2. An allergy to a body wash or something you are using in the shower.
