i dont need to lose weight it was a tight skirt and my thighs are all muscle im a dancer and cheerleader asshole
powder and LOOSE WEIGHT!
Chafing happens even to runners and elite athletes, so the person telling you to lose weight has probably just been lucky! Body Glide or another silicon protectant keeps them from getting chafed to pieces.
Now, for you, get some cool water on it. Your skin is burned–just like it would be if steaming water hit it. Soak in a cool tub with some tea bags (about 5-boiled into liquid first). Soak for a good long time. Then, after you get out, continue to put cool tea bag compresses on it.
There are a few things to put on it that will help with the pain and get it healing:
Aloe vera gel (works wonders in healing–get the one that is 99% pure–no alcohol/fragrance added)
Baby ointment–like Desitin (zinc oxide–but it is messy!)
Medicated powder-like Gold Bond Extra Strength (green container)
Lady Anti-Monkey Butt (see source)-GREAT stuff, find at Ace Hardware, drug stores, etc.
Hope this helps!
