my son is 6 yrs old and my wife first notice that he had some type of rash on his shoulders and neck and on his upper back. He is up to date with all his shots and we have ruled out alot of possiblities and so we need to ask,
Has anyone ever had a non-itchy rash, no pain, no fever, not food allergy, not sweat rash and we have also ruled out heat rash, eventhough we live in FL and it’s like 78 degrees everyday….., and not a viral infection (no fever)….???
He is feeling fine, he is eating and sleeping and doing fine, I have even checked for Mites and nothing. Cortisone is useless, it doesnt itch. They look like prickly pimples and are red, no heads to pop, and thats all….The only thing different in his diet was gingerbread, but we never heard of a ginger allergy….so….HELP, lol….thanks alot guys:-)
Could possibly be an allergy to a new or different soap, washing powder. It could also be the start of a viral infection, sometimes a rash will start, followed days later by a fever. Sometimes the rash will disappear as fast as it appears with no other symptoms. Keep an eye on him, if the rash doesn’t clear within a few days, or if he develops other symptoms, get your doctor to check him out.
